This exceptional villa is located in one of the most charming and traditional seaside villages of Crete, Sisi, offering the perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. Within walking distance from the villa, you will find everything you may need during your stay, including traditional tavernas, bars, cafés, and public parking facilities. The beach is just 800 meters away on foot, making it ideal for effortless seaside living.

Seaside Cosmopolitan Villa is a brand-new property with a distinctive architectural character, thoughtfully designed across three levels to offer both comfort and privacy. The ground floor features an independent apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, including a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda, and a private swimming pool.

The second floor consists of a separate apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. It also includes a fireplace, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool, which can be heated during the winter months, along with sun loungers. This level can accommodate up to six guests.

The third and top floor offers a fully equipped apartment for up to four guests, featuring a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, and a veranda with beautiful sea views.

Overall, the villa includes three swimming pools, one of which is heated, three fully equipped kitchens, five bathrooms, and spacious, elegantly designed bedrooms with Cocomat anatomical mattresses. Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, high-quality furnishings, and a strong sense of privacy. All floors are connected both internally and externally via staircases.

Guests enjoy access to the entire villa. Its central location in Sisi allows you to explore the village easily on foot, without the need for transportation. However, if you choose to rent a car for excursions, a public parking area is available nearby.

If you wish to use the heated pool, an additional charge of €15 per day applies, payable in cash upon arrival.

We would also like to inform you that, according to Greek legislation introduced in March 2024, a climate resilience tax of €6 per night per reservation applies and is payable in cash upon arrival.
