Casa Della Vita Villa is a brand-new, luxurious residence that combines modern design, comfort, and complete privacy, offering a refined hospitality experience in northern Crete. It is located in Gouves, Heraklion, in a privileged setting just 15 km from Heraklion International Airport “Nikos Kazantzakis”, 19 km from the city center, and 11 km from the vibrant resort of Hersonissos, providing the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to popular destinations.

The villa has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, featuring spacious and functional living areas ideal for both families and larger groups. On the first floor, guests will find an elegant suite with a king-size bed, premium bedding, a private bathroom with both shower and hydromassage bathtub, as well as a mini kitchen and a dedicated workspace. The suite also includes two additional single beds.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and direct views of the pool, along with a superior room featuring two single beds. The main living area also includes a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an additional bathroom. Furthermore, next to the pool, there is an independent deluxe suite offering enhanced privacy, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, a king-size bed, and an extra single bed.

The interior spaces include a stylish living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with all essential appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring comfort even for extended stays. The outdoor area is a true highlight of the villa, featuring a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, pool towels, and pool umbrellas, two outdoor dining areas, a beautifully landscaped garden, a traditional wood-fired oven and BBQ, as well as a ping pong table for leisure and entertainment. In addition, private parking for up to five vehicles is available.

In accordance with Greek legislation, a climate resilience tax of €15 per night per reservation applies and is payable in cash upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to respect quiet hours between 15:00–17:00 and after 23:00.
