Our newly built villa, completed in June 2023, is ideally located just a short drive from organized beaches, traditional tavernas, and charming seaside villages, offering the perfect balance between privacy and easy access to authentic local experiences. It is just a 5-minute drive from Potamos Beach and 7 minutes from the centers of Malia and Sisi.

The property has been thoughtfully designed to provide a complete hospitality experience, combining elegance, functionality, and modern amenities. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Cocomat mattress, high-quality linens, and an additional single bed, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. The premium bedroom also offers a king-size bed with luxurious linens and a private bathroom, ideal for relaxation and privacy. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, while a central bathroom serves the common areas.

The open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area provides all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and a full range of kitchenware. All areas of the villa are air-conditioned, and towels and linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a private swimming pool, a comfortable lounge area by the pool, an outdoor dining space, sun umbrellas and loungers, as well as pool towels and an outdoor shower. The gas BBQ allows for enjoyable outdoor meals, while the stunning sunset views create the perfect summer setting. In addition, a spacious private parking area is available. A private ping pong table and a gym are also available.

In accordance with Greek legislation, a climate resilience tax of €15 per night per reservation applies and is payable in cash upon arrival.
