Palaiokastro Beach is located just 20 meters from the villa, while Heraklion International Airport is 17 km away, ensuring easy and convenient access to the property.

The villa features four premium bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups. The open-plan living and dining area creates a warm and functional space, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the outdoor area includes a BBQ and an open-air kitchen, ideal for dining and relaxing moments.

The surrounding outdoor space has been carefully designed, featuring a beautiful garden, a private swimming pool that can be heated during the winter months, comfortable sun loungers, and private parking. Its unique beachfront location offers an exceptional stay experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

If you wish to use the heated pool, an additional charge of €15 per day applies, payable in cash upon arrival. According to current Greek legislation, a climate resilience tax of €15 per day per reservation is also applicable and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
